The Sad Red Alien collection consists of digital artworks that are represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Ethereum blockchain. This website serves as a platform for users to trade these NFTs. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the security of their Ethereum wallet and to carefully review and confirm any transactions or contracts generated through the website. Please note that, because the Sad Red Alien smart contract is hosted on the Ethereum network, there is no way to cancel, reverse, or restore any transactions.
This website and its related services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any guarantees or warranties. By accessing and using this website, you accept full responsibility for any transactions involving Sad Red Alien NFTs.
OWNERSHIP
When you buy an NFT, you become the owner of the underlying Sad Alien art and the NFT itself. The ownership of the NFT is recorded and managed entirely by the Ethereum blockchain and the associated smart contract, and we have no ability to alter or change the ownership of any Sad Alien NFT. The NFT is entirely yours to control and use as you see fit.
Personal Use
Sad Red Alien grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Sad Alien art and any extensions you create or use, solely for the following personal, non-commercial purposes:
- Your own personal use.
- As part of a marketplace that allows the sale and purchase of your Sad Alien NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Sad Alien owner's rights to display the art and ensures that only the actual owner can display it.
- As part of a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Sad Alien, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Sad Alien owner's rights to display the art and ensures that only the actual owner can display it. The art must also no longer be visible once the owner of the Sad Alien leaves the website/application.
This license is subject to your continued compliance with these terms.
Commercial Use
Sad Red Alien grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Sad Alien art to create derivative works for commercial purposes (referred to as "Commercial Use"). Examples of Commercial Use include using the art to produce and sell merchandise products, such as t-shirts, featuring copies of the art. This license does not restrict you from:
- Owning or operating a marketplace that allows the use and sale of Sad Alien NFTs, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Sad Alien owner's rights to display the art and ensures that only the actual owner can display it.
- Owning or operating a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Sad Aliens, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Sad Alien owner's rights to display the art and ensures that only the actual owner can display it. The art must also no longer be visible once the owner of the Sad Alien NFT leaves the website/application.
- Earning revenue from any of the above activities.
